Adult Tree Dance Workshop (9am-1pm)

Join Aeriosa for a unique art-in-nature experience, dancing in Tofino’s tree canopy with Aeriosa company dancers and safety team. We start the workshop with a fun beach warm up followed by a safety briefing and introduction to the rope and harness equipment. Then its time to learn fundamental tree dance movements and techniques for traveling between the forest floor and the canopy. Finally, we bring everything together by practicing a choreographed sequence connecting mind, body and spirit with the trees. No previous dance experience is required – however, this workshop is recommended for participants who are familiar with physical activities including stretching, strengthening and core training.

Adult Workshop (ages 18+) 9am-1pm Monday May 25th

Adult Workshop: (ages 18+) 9am-1pm Wednesday May 27th

Note: Youth pairs may be accepted info the adult workshops.
